patrick callan, extraordinary criminal
Just a cautionary warning, the May 8th CD release show of Patrick Callan’s new record, “Tales of a Folk-Punk Nothing,” may be delayed due to Patrick’s arrest in the early morning hours of May 3rd.
Patrick was arrested shortly after leaving the CC Club in Uptown Minneapolis, after a minor fracas involving an alleged drug dealer and his infant daughter. Patrick was charged for unlicensed posession of a firearm, as well as posession of marijuana and LSD. The drug dealer was charged with aggravated assault.
Bail money is on its way and it’s 99 percent certain he’ll be out by the time of the show, but we are planning a series of benefit shows to pay for the staggering costs of the defense attorney.
There is no word yet as to whether the loss of Patrick’s front teeth will result in a change in his singing style.
